This bothersome creature is an oddity because no one really knows what it is. The grabby fingers attached to the upper part of it’s cranium don’t seem to have much use other that twiddling & pointing.
The Harangulous does however stick it’s snooty snout everywhere, watching for irregularities and indiscretions, always ready to harangue & harass!!!
